Siri on my iPhone no longer takes the full note after update.

Ever since the latest update, Siri (which I use hourly, everyday) no longer takes the full note.

"Hey Siri: new note.... 2:30 am Dentist appointment" - the note ALWAYS stops at 2:30am.

Even if I say "HeySiri2:30amdentistappointment" somehow it only posts the time.

I shut Siri off, turned it back on, it required me giving new sample phrases and everything. I cleared out all my apps, restarted the phone, checked for any new updates, etc. etc.

Can anyone tell me what might be wrong, or what else I can do?
