Siri Remote searching Academy Awards

Is there any reason why Siri Remote for Apple TV is unable to search for Academy Awards or Oscar winners?
It seems like a it would be a very common search query, no?

Never tried that search before -- you're right, doesn't work. Odd, as it does work on my iPhone.
