Last night, Siri scared the crap out of me, I have my iPad Pro next to me, and one of Apples new "Hey Siri" commercials comes on, and when Neil Patrick Harris said "Hey Siri", it made my Siri start talking lol.
I have Always on Siri disabled it gives me epic battery life.

Your voice sounds like NPH?

"Hey Siri" only responds to my voice.

Thats what made me laugh afterwards, I trained her on my voice and half the time it doesnt work, but NPH says it once and she liked it haha

Does it affect battery life enough to notice?

Is it not telling that we refer to this function of iOS as "her"? :)

Default voice for Siri is female.
In the uk default Siri is British male, which is odd. :) I set mine to the Australian lady voice. The US girl Siri is a bit weird to me, I'm not sure why. Default Brit man Siri is a bit boring. He used to sound more silly/interesting.

Mine overhears all sorts of stuff as "hey Siri".. Oh well. (Not as bad as my ps4 which thinks I'm saying "PlayStation" every few days when I'm saying something completely different.
