If you didn’t make the Shortcut and you don’t know the links, yes there is risk.

And rather than posting links to the Shortcut here, you should really post screenshots so others won’t be subject to the same risks.

There's nothing wrong with it. When you load a video from YouTube, there's different resolutions/etc that you get it in depending on your connection speed/browser/device. All the shortcut is doing (and all the others pretty much) is reading that list, grabbing the better version, and then saving it.

But I will stand by my quasi-statement that one should not download and run Shortcuts if you don’t understand what the actions are doing. Potential for mischief there...

I wouldn’t go that far. Just understand the actions in the Shortcut before you run it.
