CarPlay Siri Shortcuts not working with CarPlay (iOS 13)

Since updating to iOS 13 Siri Shortcuts don’t work with CarPlay. Siri responds with something like “shortcuts are not available while you’re in the car.” I’m really hoping this is a glitch/bug and not intentionally disabled.

Yeah I am hoping this is temporary and going to be fixed in 13.1

I’m assuming this works fine in iOS 12? Have you sent Apple feedback on this in iOS 13?

Getting the same thing, PLUS when telling Siri ti search fir or go to any location results are not displayed. Did a re install and still the same. Pretty worthless right now and I use it all the time. Hoping 13.1 does something.

Sorry, you said getting the same thing as the OP PLUS not having searched for locations displayed.

I noticed since upgrading to final build 13.1 Shortcuts have been working for me through CarPlay

Sorry, carplay is working fine now. My problem was that neither was working.

it's still not working for me. it won't let me do any shortcuts while driving. ios 16.5..
