General Siri speaking Arabic

Since the first days of introducing Siri (her birthday), I'm asking her if she can speak Arabic, and the answer was always something like "I can speak English, German bla bla bla... You can check Settings".
Now she says she can speak Arabic, if I update to the latest iOS:
