Siri Triggers Restarts

When I summon Siri on my iPod and ask her to call me a name, the iPod will restart. The screen will go black, then I see the Apple logo. And the restart is really quick, like 5-6 seconds. Anyone else experience this before?

had this in my ipod 4, had to factory reset it 🙁
