Siri won't set reminders for X weeks from now anymore

i'm sure this used to work until the last month or so: I used to say to Siri: "Remind me in four weeks to give the cats their flea treatment." And it would do so. Today I tried it (since my reminder went off for today's treatment) and Siri instead set a reminder for TODAY.

Yeah, in my case every reminder with Siri that's not today's, is labeled overdue! Go figure...
