when I click on Siri on the Mac it just makes a beep and then the box comes up saying "how can I help you" but without the squiggly wave form I've done the basic trouble shooting announced but to no avail. any idea what's going on

please see the screenshot below any help really appreciated

I don't know what type of Mac you have, but I would check to make sure your microphones are on. That is really all I can think of right now...sorry, in a rush this morning.

Yes, that tip worked. But why cant you answer "Siri" straight after, Siri closes when it should wait for another question or request.
You allways have click that squigely coloured thing first!

Example:
open firefox
firefox opens..
open bookmarks.....nothing happens?

on a operate issue is anyone noticing on spotlight search when you search for someone the twitter results are different across devices and also duplicate accounts ?
