Even though Siri is disabled, it continues to use a fairly significant amount of power. It is currently #2 on the usage stats. I am guessing that the new pro-active feature is spinning it's wheels even though there is no use for it's results. If so, this is a pretty poor use of resources for something I have zero use for.
