AFAIK, there is no way to do that. Sirius and XM offer browser based listening. iTunes is not a browser.

Just searching the forums to see if there were any threads about Sirius, and though you might like this. I just found it yesterday.

Stream Sirius without a web browser, and with many more features. Finally Song Titles on a Mac! Plus a built in guide that tells you what's playing on every channel, along with presets etc.....

Awesome program

Very cool. Thanks todd2000.

Is it safe to assume that this thing only gets the channels normally broadcast online, and doesn't get the channels that aren't available online (like NASCAR 128)?

Yeah it just gets the standard online channels, but either way it is MUCH better then the crappy web player they were forcing on use Mac users :)
