So annoying every time you go to a site the accept cookies message comes up like there has to be a way to get rid of that

If you don't want Safari to accept cookies, you can enable it to block cookies. Settings>Safari>Block All Cookies or you can use private browsing mode. There is no feature to accept all cookies.

And it's not really Safari, or Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc. It's the websites complying with GDPR regulations re: privacy and disclosures on how collected data (in this case, cookies) will be used.

When you get those This site uses cookies, and tot accept them, every time you go back to that site, you get the same thing. Is Safari not storing the Accept? iOS 13 of course
