no. the current ipad's dimension are the same for both wifi and lte models, which are thicker (slightly) than the ipad 2's.
That is not what was said at all. The new wifi iPad is the same thickness as the LTE model, which is THICKER than the iPad 2.
This post implies that the new wifi only ipad is slimmer than the new 4g ipad. Which is incorrect. All new ipads are slightly thicker than the ipad 2.
