When Sketchup first came outI loaded it and as far as I remember it worked just fine.
Since then I've upgraded to 10.5, and stuck in bigger HD and RAM, well have a look:

Now when I get to any size at all of Sketchup drawing, when I click to make a move I get the dreaded spinning beachball, for about 10-12 seconds each time. It's too much for comfort, really bloody annoying.
Whilst I mention it I just occasionally get the beachball in other apps, like Firefox, and have to force quit.
I bought the RAM generically, it's Kingston, would that be OK, certainly is most of the time?
If not......what?
