Ski Tracker for Apple Watch 3 GPS/Altimeter

Is there a ski tracker watch app that supports the new possibilities of watchOS 4.2?

The third party apps could track distance, average speed, number of runs and elevation descended for downhill snow sports with Apple Watch Series 3.

Why does Apple's own workout app not support these features?

I use "slopes" for my series 2 and tracks elevation. I assume it'll use the sensors on the 3
