Skins for stickies app?

Hey, are there skins for this? The standard one looks like a standard windows window, and it really doesn't fit on the desktop. The stickies from the widget thing are nice for example, but the stickies from stickies.app are ugly... Any way to make them nicer?

Also any way to make them STUCK to the screen? When I want to clear desktop it also clears the stickie, which I don't want.

I agree that the dashboard widget is better than the app. The only thing i think you can change are fonts and color of note. And the work one the application level only i think.
