Sky news live t.v. Not loading.

Only when in use I sometimes flick over to sky news app for convenience,
Past few days their live t.v. feed hasn't been loading correctly with a frozen pixelated picture and no sound.

Tried one or two of their saved news stories which play fine.
Not sure who to report this to.
Anyone care to try sky news live app.

From WPA2-PSK (AES

To WPA/WPA2-PSK (Mixed Mode)

After re boot.

Sky news live since working.

Maybe there was a WiFi security change with tvos12.4

Adding sky news ap to Apple t.v. was a smart move at least gives the slightest impression that Apple recognise they do some business in Uk and beyond.
