Skype 2.7 Unexpectedly Quits in OSX

Hi, just checking to see if everyone else is having the same problem with the new Skype 2.7. And to let you know that I have just gone back to Skype 2.6 and this still works fine.

Basically, every time I tried to call or chat to anyone, Skype 2.7 would unexpectedly quit. I found a link to download the previous version. http://mac.oldapps.com/skype.php

I hope this helps others, and I hope I am not the only one with this problem!

Hi, I've been using version 2.7 since its launch with no problems (fingers crossed! 🙂)

Instead of rolling back to the old version, why not get 2.8 beta? I just moved to it last week and it works fine. Has some new features that I don't use like screen sharing 🙂. UI is slightly improved too.

Mine did that a few times. I gave oovoo a try and seems a little better. Like the interface.
