Skype App gets removed after syncing with iTunes

Each time I sync with iTunes Skype App gets removed from phone. For some reason only Skype is removed and nothing else. I have reinstalled it multiple times with same outcome. This is disappointing as all my contacts disappear and I need to add them over and over again

Anyone had experienced same problem?

What do you mean unchecked?

It is among other apps in the applications tab, but no other apps are affected after syncing

Yeah, make sure the app is checked so that it syncs. You probably downloaded it on your phone and iTunes doesn't want to sync it.
