Skype (etc) Noise Microphone Problem!

How to put suppression of noise in Windows 7 if such function isn't present? imac 27 2011 - built-in microphone 🙁
 
Perhaps You have microphone boost enabled in Windows?

Why do You use skype under windows if You there is skype for OSX available?
