I tried installing the latest version of Skype and whenever I try and drag the Skype icon to the Applications, it doesnt transfer and says that Skype wont open because it's "not supported on this architecture". I don't know what to do. I tried installing later versions as well and those don't work either.

    Help?!

The new version of skype is an intel only application, so you can't run it on any PPC macs.

Use Skype 2.8. It is still fully compatible with everything and works fine on both Intel and PPC Macs.
