Skype Issue iPhone 4

Hi

So I updated my iPhone 4 recently to iOS 4.1 and opened Skype.
I got the message "this version of Skype is only supported on unmodified iPhone OS 3.0.x, 3.1.x and 3.2.x"

The problem is, i'm not jailbroken, and never have.
Is there a way to fix this?

I got the message too... but you should just be able to click off of it and use Skype normally
