Skype on EDGE?

Does it work, and hows the voice quality? Also, how much data does Skype eat up?

I could never get it to make a call, although it is supported by Skype. I had to run around the airport until I could get a 3G connection before the call worked, and the sound quality was good then even though I had only 2 At&t bars.

Well at least that's good that it works on 3G. We have good coverage in our area.
