Skype or..?

Hello everyon'
I have problem with my skype or camra,
When I start video call I get msg
" Camera in use by other app"
My camera is ok and working good, when i start app called HACKTV
this app it's for camera settings.
How to fix this problem ?

Camera: Genius Look 316

It seems your hacktv app is still using the camera - only one app at a time can use the camera.
