Ive had my account for about a week and im already getting spammed. The only place I have put it is here and on my facebook that is private. Is this normal? If so how do you deal with it besides blocking just about every thing? Thanks.

all the time.... i dont even have my skype name anywhere online. set the option for receiving chats to from address book only.
I did that already. I just wanted to make sure I did not have some rare problem thanks though. O well🙄

Why don't you just set your skype to be viewable by your contacts only. Don't put yourself on Skype Me mode. A lot of spammers will really contact you.

I've never set to Skype Me and I've got all my privacy settings configured accordingly, and I still get Skype Spam. If not chats, then requests for them to see my status. It never ends.
I changed my settings to allow only from my contacts and I still get spam from a bunch of pr0n sites😡
