SL installation with Windows 7 on bootcamp

Just want to ask if I'm doing the upgrade path from 10.5 -> 10.6, will it erase or damage my existing bootcamp partition? I want to avoid the hassle of installing windows again 🙁

The partition should be fine, as long as you install SL onto the correct partition.
