I hope the prices of refurbs especially the 17" mbps now with the 'rumored' introduction of the 13" rmbps in Oct.

Lets everyone pressure Apple to continue to slash prices further
now that the 17" is being pushed even further into history!

has been always the other way around:
Apple always "tells" the customers what they need: that's why we'll never see Blu-Ray on Mac for example...
So nobody will and can pressure Apple into doing anything, people jump in line outside Apple Stores all over the globe whenever the new iToy is released...
