Sleep and Shutdown problem

Hey all.

So I was running windows 7 yesterday and I decided to leave all that I had running up, and sleep the computer. I then went about shutting the MacBook pro's screen. This morning I tried to resume after sleep but I got no response from clicking the mouse or keyboard. So, I decided to push the power button. Since then, I haven't been able to get my partitioned drive to show up after holding alt.
I'm booting osx as we speak. Hopefully if I play around for a bit. And do a proper shutdown, I'll get my windows hdd to show up.

Any other thoughts?
