I'm not getting the typical sound when you slide to unlock, there is just no sound, but the lock sound plays just fine. Is this intentional, or just me?

Same problem on both my iPhone 5 and iPad 2. A little annoying but obviously not critical.

Same on my iPad 3, iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S, maybe that's a sign Apple is working on overhauling the UI sounds too!

I think they decided to remove it.

Why do I need a sound to tell me what I already know? When I lock, it's good to know it's locked as it's in my hand and not looking by the sound but unlocking? Meh.
