Did apple change the behaviour of the sleep focus on apple watches? My series 7 just shows a blue sleep focus icon above the watchface when entering sleep focus. It just looks like normal with always on display activated.

In watchos 8 it would show a larger clock face with just the time in green color and I had to push/rotate the digital crown to wake it up. Now it‘s just a little icon on the top and I can wake the watch like always.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Focus > Sleep Focus > Options (under "Customize Screens") and turn on the "Sleep Screen" and "Show Time" switches.

How do you put it in sleep focus?
Since iOS 16.1/watchOS 9.1 there is a bug that when you set sleep focus through an automation or Siri shortcut, the focus is not correctly set on the watch.
When setting it from the watch, it should be fine.

I don‘t have those two options at all, I have:

- Silenced Messages on Lockscreen
- Show Notification Badges

Weird.

I don‘t use siri or automations at all. When I enter sleep focus on my iphone, it triggers the sleep focus on the watch
