hi everybody.

i need your swarm knowledge here.

which sleep / snore app would you recommend?

i have been reading the app descriptions and the apps record snoring. ok, that should not be difficult. but which app(s) "really" work? meaning, help with the snoring. i know, there are a lot reasons why one snore. again, do these apps really help?

imo, a good app (watchos) would be, once it senses snoring, it would vibrate or so. is there such an app?

THANKS

I believe those apps help you giving you knowledge about your snore problem, but the problem it's fixed through your activities (Losing weight, stop drinking and being more active.

Depending on the kind of snoreness, you should see a sleep doctor, because if you have sleep apnea, it's a serious problem.

The problem with snore it's the lack of sleep, with you have an app that wake-up you, it's doing more harm than good.

Search for: sleep apnea, mouth tapping and polysomnography.
