Sleep tracking by Watch and still using my phone

Hello

My wife would try the sleep tracking by my watch.

So I gave it for this night and launch the sleep focus.

But I use my phone at same time.

I guess my phone should tell to my watch that I don’t sleep.

Who ever try this configuration ? What kind of results will have tomorrow ?
Should I stop using my phone in parallele ?
