Apple announced some new watchOS sleep features today... does anyone have advice on how to best track sleep with the watch?

Do I just wear it to bed and Apple handles it? Do I need a 3rd-party app? Do you charge it when you wake up? And miss out on some steps taken when getting ready (haha)...

I use the AutoSleep app as I’ve seen that recommended many times here. The actual Apple sleep tracking itself is very minimal and leaves a lot to be desired, which is where AutoSleep comes in.

I wear the watch to bed and it goes on the charger in the morning when I’m getting ready for my day (taking a shower, getting dressed) and then back onto my wrist.

I also use AutoSleep. I charge my Apple Watch as soon as I come home from work. I take it off the charger before bed to wear it to track my sleep. I charge it again in the morning while I get myself together.

Just got AutoSleep after finding last night sleep tracking by default is a bit janking, needing to set up schedules and stuff, so will see how I get on tonight with AutoSleep
