AngusW macrumors 6502 Original poster Jul 8, 2019 #1 So I'm trying to get some better health tracking. If I don't want to use my Apple Watch to track my sleep what do people reccomend? Currently I'm looking at either a Garmin Vivosmart 3 or a Fitbit Inspire HR. Whatever I get I'm hoping to be able to have the sleep data sync to Apple Health.

It’s not bad but I was hoping for something with a bit more detail. Plus despite its stating it won’t pick up sounds from anyone else it does heck it picked up birds chirping and said I was snoring.
