My sleep/wake button is crooked: slopes to almost flush with top surface as you move towards the middle. Still works fine, but looks off. Based on others' experience, is this the kind of thing I can get an exchange for? Got mine on 7/11, so past the 14 day period... If you think they will exchange for this reason, I have a few questions about the process: 1. Are these transactions initiated through a Genius appointment? 2. Will I get a new phone or some type of refurbished unit? 3. Restocking fee? 4. Will my FAN account (added after purchase) be affected by the change in handset and the fact that Apple cannot deal with FANs?
