Totally agreeThere is a reason that sleep labs hook up multiple EEG leads to accurately determine whether their patient is asleep and what stage of sleep he is in. Software monitoring the accelerometer and other sensors in a smartwatch can't do that, and is only making an educated guess.
No Auto Sleep had my correct sleep. The Apple Watch is s just plain wrong. And thanks, I feel better now. I only have sleep focus on from 11:30 to 7:30.I'm not sure, but to me it seems that apple watch's own sleep data didn't think you were sleeping during the day. And if you keep the sleep focus mode on only during the night, it shouldn´t think that you were sleeping during the day (even if you would have).
Is that other data (shown differently on your picture) possibly from other app for example autosleep?
Get well soon!
