Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition

I just recently purchased this game on my new 13" rMBP, with the main purpose of actually putting my laptop to the test and playing a game I actually like.

I have never played games on Macs before so this was my first. As soon as I started the game, it said "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements of the game" and the menus seem to be acting slowly.

I have not played the game yet because I am still trying to figure out a way to use my PS4 controller either using USB or Bluetooth instead because using the trackpad will be very hard.

Does anyone know what the minimum requirements of the game are and why it wouldn't actually say so on the App Store before I spent the money? This is ridiculous.

Here are the requirements for the game on a Mac from the Feral web site:

Sounds like the graphic card won't allow for it. I finished the game on PC, would loved for it to have been included as a download for the Mac but it looks like we can't play it with integrated graphics anyway.

@BenTrovato Yeah, perhaps it is the graphics card because everything else seems to be adequate.

Yep.. the iris doesn't make the list.
