Motorola iPhone 4 killer in the works

" said that the phone would include "everything that is technologically possible in a smartphone today"

Somehow I don't think dumping every feature you can think of in your new phone is going to cause any sleepless nights in Cupertino

I'm glad there are people working on knocking down the iPhone. Lots of competition in a hot market means companies will keep working harder on all these devices: iPhones, Android phones, and all the rest. We'll see great stuff from everyone.

No. And yes. This thread should probably be merged with "Motorola's 2GHz Android phone."

The sad part about is that many times the consumers will deem the phone a possible "iphone killer" when for the OEM it's just another phone in the roadmap, and when it comes out and doesn't do everything quite as well as the iPhone, consumers say they dropped the ball.

Sprint seems to be banking that it's HTC EVOwhatever will blow the holy smokes off the iPhone 4, forgetting that they already made such a bet on the pre and lost.

Damn, I wish I would have registered the term "iPhone killer".
