So I got my slickwraps in. After following their instructions, BOTH of the wraps I got in are ruined. Neither of them wanted to stick to edges and I tried everything possible. VERY disappointed in the product and found it to be a waste of $20. I would not recommend to anyone.
 
I have no experience with Slickwraps, but did you try to contact them and give them a chance to make it right?
 
I used them in the past and know for a fact if you contact them (as with most companies) they'll take care of you. If you didn't contact them first, I'd always suggest that first before posting.

Edges are always tricky and require patience and precision.

I placed an order with them this summer. Estimated to ship within 2 business days. After almost 2 weeks I went back and forth with them and gave them 24 hours to ship it out or I was going to cancel the order. Gave them the full 24 hours, plus the overnight and called them to cancel my order. They told me I could not cancel my order and it "should" be shipped in a week. After multiple emails and calls I got my order cancelled by putting in a dispute with my bank.

I really wanted a full wrap for my MBP but I refuse to do business with these people. There are stories all over the internet about how awful they are.

Installation for the naked wrap can be challenging even with our installation video and can be frustrating. We'll get him taken care of!

Sorry you can't help. If your website says ships in 1 to 2 business days, and a week later you still aren't sure when it will ship that's an issue. If anything maybe I can help you. If your site said ships in 7 to 10 days my expectations would have been lower and you wouldn't have lost me as a customer.

Typically, 99% of our products ship same-day! Rare cases like this need looked into. I will be following up once I understand the issue. In the meantime, I will place a full credit for the total order amount.

Not sure if you originally meant to reply to the person who started this thread...I got my money back already by opening a dispute with my bank.

Yes, we see the order was canceled. We placed a full credit for the original amount onto your SW account. If you do decide to order again; you have that to use for a free product, or give it away to someone to use instead. Have a good rest of your week! If you need anything feel free to DM us.

It looks like Slickwraps Inc reads this thread, so I will repeat my request for a refund for the fourth time. 2 Hours after receiving the anniversary product, I requested a refund as I was not satisfied with product. I was not familiar with wraps, from your photos it looked like a skin that slipped on. I did not want a product made out of 3M stick on vinyl. Product is back in it's original packaging, not used in any way. I could not see how a wrap would hold up sliding my phone in and out of my pocket. 3 times I have filled out your support form and have been totally ignored, Helluv a away to do business, I predict you won't be in business much longer.

I'll admit their customer service isn't good and I wasn't happy with them, but I did use the credit to get a full skin for my MBP and it's a great product. The fact that you didn't know this was a 3M stick on has me wondering how you overlooked that. I am pretty sure everyone knows that, it's it is clear on their website.

That being said they have a satisfaction guarantee and you're not satisfied.
 
I ordered 2 glitz screenprotectors on 27/11, 1 pink and 1 blue, they were send out to me on 6/12 (!). After receiving them, it turned out, I got 1 pink Glitz and 1 blue normal skin. After contacting them, they told me the manufacturor stopped producing the blue glitz, so they just send me a normal one. If I didn’t want it, I could send it back. First of all, both were a Christmas present and I received them on 18/12, so reordering another color glitz was no option. Second, returning the wrong one from Holland back to SW, would cost me more then the skin itself. After my response about this, they never replied back. Made a refund request through Paypal and SW still didn’t respond. Upgraded to claim and now they responded and PP is looking in to it. Hope to get a refund as they just send me something I didn’t order. Strangest thing is, they still sell the blue glitz on their website... Never SW for me anymore!

 
In all fairness, I received an email this AM authorizing the return for credit. It is not clear whether you are supposed just send back the item and hope for a refund or get authorization. In all my years in the computer business, companies always would issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization) first.
