the non-response to emails, the deleting of ANY post on Facebook that is negative or requesting shipping information, giving out FAKE TRACKING numbers, refusing to cancel orders.... CRAP COMPANY! CRAP CRAP CRAP!
"funny" thing.... I placed and order with Slickwraps on Dec 27th... THREE WEEKS AGO for items that were IN STOCK according to their website. Got no where with requests about shipping... Filed a complaint with Paypal and got a FAKE tracking number emailed to me. Tracking number not working and no item.... Last Friday (FOUR DAYS AGO) I placed an order with Best Skins Ever at about 10 a.m. pacific time.... MY ORDER SHIPPED THAT DAY AND IS OUT FOR DELIVERY!
OH! And because I was burned by Slickwraps... I emailed BSE late Friday afternoon (about 10 minutes before their closing time just to verify that my order did make the shipping cutoff... AND I GOT A REPLY BACK! THAT DAY! AMAZING, eh?
I don't know how Slickwraps stays in business with such HORRID customer service!?
