I have a bunch of photos that I want to make look like they are old slides being projected. I've got everything figured out and it looks really good, except for the picture quality. It's too good. I want them to look a litle old and faded, but most importantly, I want that crummy dust look that old slides get. I desaturated them a bit, and that helps some, but the QT dust and Scratches filter looks absolutely corny and terrible. Open to idea, and if you know any good FCP messages boards, post them too, so I don't have to bother you guys with my FCP issues anymore. Thanks,

You are asking in the wrong place. I would personally check out the quicktime filters, i thought I saw one like that, but I'm not sure. The real place to ask these questions are on Apple's own website. Join the discussion boards there under support. There are lots of people there that must spend their whole day solving problems. It's great. i know whenever I want to learn how to do something, I talk to them first. Also check out Ken Stone. I believe he has a message board also so do a search for "Ken Stone." (Great site by the way...)

Hope you can find your answer!
