I am using iPhone 6S Plus on 9.3.3 B2.

I get this problem once or twice a week where the Slide to Answer a call button is unresponsive. I click on one of the volume buttons which silences the phone and then the screen becomes responsive. I have missed few important calls because of this.

This has been happening since iOS 9.2

Anyone affected by this bug?

Have you tried a Reset All Settings? Sometimes that's enough to fix it.

I tried reset all settings, DFU restore and set it up as new. It happens on all 3 iPhones in our house.

YES happens to me too. Like the WORST time for the screen to become insensitive to touch, too.

As for settings resets, I'm getting exhausted by the number of bugs that seem to require this troubleshooting step. Like if you have to toss all your settings every other week to fix this or that problem, maybe there's a bigger issue. :-/

Happened to me last night. Had to answer the phone on my Apple Watch which is not a fun experience.

Happens to me all the time to. The trick is to press the power button once and then try again. This sometimes works for me.

thanks for the tip, i might be confused, but doesn't hitting the power button immediately dismiss the call?

either way, i'd hope apple would just fix this issue!

Hit once it will silence the call, twice will send it to voicemail.
