Slider help

Ever since I updated to 4.3.1 custom slider haven't worked. Is this a common problem with 4.3.1? I've tried multiple different ones and none work. They all look like this:

Yes it's common in cydia look for something called "Transparent slider background ios 4.3" that fixed it for me
