Just picked up an iPhone 6s, and noticed when the Taptic motor is triggered, there seems to be a slight noise/rattle I didn't notice while playing with the demo models in the store (maybe because the store is noisy). It's especially noticeable when force pressing a home screen icon that doesn't have any quick actions. Has anyone else noticed this?

The 6s has a specially designed vibration motor specifically for giving feedback with 3D touch.

Thanks for confirming. It seems like the of sound of the tapping will be annoying in a quiet environment.
