Slim iPhone Cases, first impressions

Please share photos of the case on your phone. Especially the front and the side view with the buttons. Also what is the material of the case? Hard plastic or TPU? Is the case a snap on that catches on only the sides or does it also offer top coverage?

I will upload a couple of pictures as soon as I can.. About your questions, the case is middle/hard plastic. It does not offer a top coverage protection. Actually this case seems like only giving you a protection from getting scratces while the device is in your pocket. OK it's not a soft shell case but compared to the other hard cases, it's not a hard case too cause it's a real slim case. Compared to the other slim cases, it fits very well on the device and you really feel like there is no case on the device. That's the first thing I care while I'm looking for a case because I don't want to change the original look of the device just for the possibility of it may fell down. :) If you are looking for a full body protection, I wont suggest you that case but if you are like me and just looking for having no scratches while it's in your pocket, I can deffinitely suggest you that case. Hope these helps you to decide..

I bought one of the 0.3 mm cases off of ebay, and it was as expected. Utter garbage vomitted twice, mailed to me. I recommend staying away from these. I've been disappointed every time. I also used a vendor that people recommended here. I forget the link, but maybe I got unlucky, but it's total garbage and not worth the wait time either.

Well maybe you were unlucky OR I was lucky! :) I never had any problems and still using it new as the first day. I spent soo much damn money on cases till I find what I look and fits for me. That's why I'm really comfortable with it for now. Some people were also recommending Desmay case it really looks even better than this Ozaki but when it was on my hand, I was soo disappointed while people were recommending it. What I mean is I think people really need luck for finding what fits best. :)
 
I've had #1 for a couple months now...love it. I like the "hard material but soft touch", it's pretty darn thin, wipes clean easily, slips in and out of your pocket easily (as opposed to rubber cases), protects the back of your phone from scratches but doesn't get scratched itself easily, and it has a good fit...it almost seems to form to your phone over time.

My only gripes...it doesn't come off easily, and I'm not a fan of how dust/debris gathers around the edges, especially around the camera lens area (but I think that happens with most all cases like this). Overall, for the price, I would buy one again in a heartbeat.

Edit: I also like that this case has a very slight lip on it...subtle enough that you really don't notice it, but its enough of a lip to protect the front of your phone if you sit it face down.
 
Looking for some newly released slim cases. Anybody find any ones not mentioned in this thread?
 
Bump for people with the new iPhone 5s. The few I still have all fit the 5s perfectly.
 
Elago slim fit and slim fit 2 cases especially the ones with soft feeling matte colors. Try them and you wont be disappointed. They are available at 9.99 on amazong. Also the ringke for iphone 5 was 4.99 along with screen protector on amazon two days back.
