I got this backpack for $30 from Amazon. It's really slim because it allows you to place the accessories in a pouch at the bottom of the bag, instead of stacking it on an outside pouch, making the resulting backpack a lot thicker.

I've got a Tucano Finatex which fits the rMB perfectly, and in the front pocket you can fit a couple of bits like the charger, accessories etc. Perfect for when you want to carry around the laptop and not much else in something really light.

Not the slimmest, nor the easiest to find, but the Incase Sling Pack for MacBook is my daily driver. Little hard to see from the photo but it's a slim backpack with a single strap, goes across the chest like a messenger bag so it's very easy to get on/off, even with one hand. It's a vertical design, has a nicely padded notebook compartment for the RMB as well as my iPad, accessories, etc.

I am using the cross body CFX TUMI.
The Macbook is almost too big for it. But it sits nicely.

When I am traveling thin and light, I use the SFBags Muzetto. Skinny but holds my rMB and iPad and a charger (though that can make it bulky so I only carry it if I know I'm going to be using it for more than a day.)

If you search pictures you'll see people wearing them either as a fanny-pack but also, which I prefer, the over the shoulder. It's essentially a thin messenger bag. Complements the lightness of MacBook.
