If you want to cull out all the foreign language files (which amounts to almost a gig of data), use "Monolingual".
Works for me.

you might cycle through the unused apps with something like AppCleaner and see if these can be removed.

if you want a tiny footprint thing consider linux. Cost of storage is at a all time low, especially if you still spin rust
