Slooowwwww Starting Safari

My 10.3.9 iBook has trubble starting Safari. The computer does not seem to be bogged down or any thing but when I start Safare It just keeps bouncing in my Dock. To seem like ever, about 15-30sec.

Have you installed anything recently or changed any settings/preferences? Maybe try repairing permissions and see if that fixes things up. 😉

Also, maybe try resetting Safari from the Safari menu and if that doesn't work, then drag a file named com.apple.Safari.plist to the Desktop. 🙂
