I know I read a thread somewhere here that talked about slot loading blu ray drives for the 27 iMac. I can find it on here or mroogle, would someone please point me in the right direction.

    Thanks

I have the UJ-135A coming in any day now. the 235A is over 300 and the media is like 10 bucks a pop for DL stuff, no ways, don't need to burn Bluray that badly.

I didn't think you could view Blue-ray on OS X?

I don't need the burner, just the blu ray drive (reader) to use with make mkv.

You can't, but it doesn't mean you can't author BD discs under OS X and boot up into Windows to view Blu-ray movies.

You can, but you first have to rip the disc to your hard drive with Make MKV and then play it with Plex or XBMC.
