Slow Email iPad 2

Hey there! I am using an iPad 2 on an exchange server. Pulling up my email is really slow! Each new message I get can take up to 10 seconds to pull up in the window. Sometimes it will say "This message has not been downloaded from the server". I am running an iPhone 4 and an iPad 1 without these problems. I have deleted my account and re-set it up to no avail. Any thoughts?? Thanks!!

Glad I'm not the only one! It's happening only on my iPad 2 on the same network as the other devices. My iPad UNO is faster!
